is partnering with the SJ
Earthquakes in a fundraising
effort for Heritage Teams.

HERITAGE U19 TEAMS DOMINATE
CONCORD CUP...The
15th Concord Cup U19
Division was dominated by both
Heritage boys U18 teams. The
Knights used the tournament to
warm up for National Cup, and
Fusion used it as an opportunity
to get some games for their
newly formed team. While the
Knights have had success as part
of the club for several years,
the Fusion proved they are a
force to be reckoned with,
easily winning their bracket in
the tournament with 2 easy wins
(7-4 & 4-2) and one draw (1-1)
to reach the championship game.
In the other bracket, the
Knights dominated all three pool
games, winning 7-1, 6-2 & 6-1.
In the final game between the
two HSC teams, the Knights
prevailed to take the
championship, with Fusion taking
2nd to both enjoy a
successful, if very hot
weekend.
HERITAGE GOALKEEPER TRAINING...We
are excited once again this year to have
Pablo Gayton as our goalkeeper trainer.
Joining Pablo this year will be Nicole
Jarbo.
Sessions will be broken down into the
following age groups:
All U9-U12 Mondays
All U13-U15 Mondays
All U16-U19 Tuesdays
If your player is interested in
this worthwhile club sponsored training,
have them contact their coach for times
and locations.
***CANCELLED*** THE HERITAGE 6V6 TOURNAMENT
will not be held this year; however,
planning is underway right now for an event
next year. Stay tuned.
ALL TRYOUTS are completed.

2007/2008 Scott Gordon Presidential Scholarship
Award Recipients
Donnie Beeler -- Rachel Winkler -- Ashley Hagin
Each graduating senior was awarded a $500
scholarship thanks to donations made to the Heritage
Presidential Scholarship Fund. During their years
with Heritage, each recipient exemplified the
sportsmanship, effort, commitment, work ethic, and
attitude needed to be a top student/athlete. Donnie
and Rachel were on teams during the inaugural year
(2002) of Heritage Soccer Club, and Ashley joined
the Club in 2003. Congratulations and good luck
with your future endeavors! The Club will miss you.
